Our Team
Radha Chawla Sharma
Co Founder and Director
She is the founder and Director of Vamashakti Foundation. She is an experienced and seasoned HR professional who has been working as a PoSH Consultant, Coach, and Mentor also encompassing PSEA and DE&I since 2013. She is the Official Spokesperson for the Women’s Indian Chamber Of Commerce & Industry, a Council Member of the anti-Sexual Harassment National Council, a leader – of G100: Group of 100 Global Women Leaders, and a Founder of the Women International Task Force. She completed
her MBA-HR from Symbioses, Pune, PGDBM from IIM F, Certified PoSH & UN PSEA trainer. She has worked for community development programs on Women’s Empowerment by PoSH, Preventing Child Abuse, Women Entrepreneurs, and Employment.
Anupam Sharma
Co-Founder and Executive Director
Anupam is the Co-founder of the Vamashakti Foundation. He co-founded the Vamashakti Foundation to empower women and underprivileged children in health, women entrepreneurship, and education. He is a certified Yoga teacher, wellness trainer, and coach helping people lead a great life through mindfulness skills He also worked as a corporate Trainer, Coach, and Consultant for behavior and management skills. Over the long years of successful leadership experience in the corporate world in senior and top management positions with national and multinational
companies in India and abroad, he brings a blend of his rich corporate experience with a mission to contribute toward the social cause. He has done an MBA from Kurukshetra University and Leadership Development from KBS, USA.
